Offerings

Our skill building process offers four levels of involvement:

In-House and public seminars  where our experienced, trained instructors use a combination of presentation, practical exercises, case studies and real-life experience to introduce participants to effective analysis and testing skills.

E-Learning  add a location-independent dimension of learning for those who have difficulty leaving their workspace for an extended, classroom seminar. We offer two flavors of e–Learning — "Virtual Workshops", which can be scheduled for your organization (closed to the public) or as a public session with open enrollment and "On-Demand training" (also known as self-paced e-learning) which are web-based training modules that you can take anywhere you have access to the Internet.

E-Coaching  adds a location-independent dimension of support to the learning process that lets participants apply new skills on the job with the interactive support of our expert practitioners to further enhance retention.

Hands-on consulting  with project-focused, facilitated Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions help you apply the tools and techniques in real-life under time pressure while accelerating your project's progress.

Company History

The newest thing about us is our name. The Requirements Solutions Group was founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Dan Myers, (president and founder of Myers & Associates, Inc) and Tom Hathaway (president and founder of Hathaway & Associates, Inc). The Requirements Solutions Group is a skill building organization whose core business is business/systems analysis (although we prefer the term "Business Systems Architects", this term has not yet caught on in the industry; oh, well, you can’t win ’em all!). What differentiates us from other organizations is our experience and our philosophy. Each of us has 25+ years of experience in the field of information technology analysis, design and delivery, 20+ years of instructional development and/or presentation, and an absolute conviction that systems belong to the business users; the business/systems analysts role is to ensure that business gets the technology that helps them the most.
