Virtual Walk-Thru of KA 4 — Requirements Management and Communication

Knowledge Area (KA) "Requirements management & Communication" deals with managing the scope of the project, maintaining a requirements repository, and packaging the requirements in the various containers for effective communication. These activities, commonly considered the domain of project leaders and managers, also fall into the responsibilities of senior business analysts. Understanding the terminology, tasks, techniques, inputs, and deliverables of this knowledge area will prepare you to take and pass the Certified Business Analyst Professional^® exam — assuming you already meet all other qualifications as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA^®).

This 3.5 hour long virtual walkthrough of the knowledge area is designed specifically for those who would like to increase their knowledge of the IIBA^® concepts and terminology.
