Overview

Business processes are what a business does. This workshop shows you how to create and validate process models using context diagrams and leveled process models. You will also learn how to use business event/response tables to create an event-centric process model for your project.

These models serve as the basis for analyzing, understanding, and improving your organization’s business processes. Without these or similar models, your business process improvement projects are at risk.

Objectives
  • List 5 improvement methods based on business process models
  • Describe business process models
  • Model the AS IS business process
  • Document the details of each process using the most appropriate technique
  • Document existing business processes
  • Extract, document, and analyze business rules embedded on the processes

Our virtual workshops are highly interactive, web-based training experiences. We absolutely avoid the death by page-turning and the passive learning approach that is highly prevalent in most web-based training.
